fantastic experience
lovely decor temporary room early arrival
i found the decor and ambience lovely. i arrived early and the hotel provided a temporary room. this allowed me to relax while my room was prepared. i appreciated this gesture.
Reaching my room required multiple lifts. I had to take one to the 41st floor, cross the lobby, and take another lift down. this system felt a little inconvenient.

the hotel features a pool with ample seating and views of the city, i noticed it created a relaxing atmosphere. the hotel also offers convenient access to the lrt station via a connected bridge.

Breakfast at the restaurant downstairs was great. i noticed the menu included local snacks such as cekodok pisang. i found this to be a tasty option. a michelin-recommended restaurant is upstairs. I did not visit it.

bangsar bliss, a superb stay!
smooth check-in beautiful decor convenient station
check-in was smooth! a lovely receptionist greeted us. the hotel decor is beautiful, especially the lobby on the 41st floor! we enjoyed the convenience of the bangsar lrt station connected to the hotel.

the location is convenient for accessing brickfields and bangsar. i loved how close the mrt station was to the hotel. the hotel offers easy access to the airport express train. this provides easy access to transportation.

fantastic stay, loved the modern design!
modern design comfortable room great views easy access
the hotel's design felt very modern. my room was very comfortable. the views from the room and pool deck were pretty great (i'm talking about high-rise views!). i also enjoyed the easy access to the bangsar lrt station via the sky bridge.
parking wasn't free, and it cost rm18 for a 24-hour validation.

the pool was magnificent. klia ekspres made the hotel super easy to reach from the airport. the hotel is connected to bangsar lrt station. the lobby sat on the 41st floor, checking in felt special.

Underwhelming Stay
broken air conditioning slow elevators
The location was pretty good, it's near to a train station.
I faced several problems. The air conditioning did not work well, the room was hot. The elevators required multiple changes, made getting around quite slow and annoying. It took way too long to reach the lobby from my floor.

lrt line city view relaxing shower
The location is convenient as it's close to the lrt line, i could walk to little india with ease. the city view from the level 40 pool was great, really something. the king studio room was spacious with comfy beds and a relaxing shower area. It was ample and lovely.
The parking was a bit inconvenient, requiring multiple elevator transfers to reach the room. It felt a bit much.
